Once reservation is confirmed, you will have 3 days to pay deposit at our location or you will lose your reservation.
Non-Refundable Deposit required: We require a non-refundable deposit of 50% in order to hold your reservation and the remainder to be paid on the day of your special event.
Cancellation policy: We will be more than happy to work with you as long as communication is timely and open. We understand unexpected events occur and we’ll do all we can to work with you to make accommodations. If in the event a reservation is made and deposit is paid, but NO SHOW on event date you will forfeit your deposit. In the event a reservation is made, deposit is paid and arrival time is past confirmed start time, Q’s Corner will not adjust the end time. Q’s Corner will not be able to extend parties as we have scheduled events. We will not be able to arrange another day for the NO SHOW and you will have to re-book and pay deposit. Upon arrival for event, if you do not have the remainder balance paid before the start time of the party, we reserve the right to cancel your event and your deposit will not be refunded.
